Rachel F. Butler
During her 23 year career, Rachel has worked for and consulted with many Fortune 100 and international companies, federal agencies, small to mid- market privately held and family owned businesses. She has trained, coached and mentored thousands of people world-wide on topics ranging from Strategic Planning to High Performing Teams. She has facilitated strategic planning for Federal Agencies such The Millennium Challenge Corporation and many privately held businesses, as well as non-profits. She has served as an internal facilitator and consultant for GE Fanuc, a joint venture of GE and Fanuc of Japan, and as a Controller for Makino of Japan.
Coaching and consulting for 19 years, she helps families, leaders and organizations reach their potential. Additionally, Rachel is a certified Chief Training Officer by American Society of Training and Development, as well as a certified business coach and Family Business Advisor (Family Firm Institute). Rachel facilitates CEO Roundtables for University of Louisville’s Family Business Center and for Greater Louisville Chamber of Business Fast Growth Enterprise Group. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Woman Business Owners of Louisville, as well as other boards of several businesses, and has authored several articles.
Thomas A. Butler
Tom has more than 25 years sales, marketing and business management experience. From entry level sales positions to executive management, Tom has worked, managed and consulted in a variety of industries with complex sales cycles in direct selling situations as well as through channel partners. Business development experience in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe and Japan with publicly traded companies like GE to privately held international corporations.
Significant experience selling to all levels within companies provides him with insight into being successful in very competitive markets, both with short and long sales cycles. He is also adept at developing new or neglected markets and territories. His experience in strategic and operational management provides additional insight to organizations.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
